Here at Sweet Sweat HQ we're starting a new series visiting different Fitness Studios to try new workouts and test their level of sweat. This week, we visited Training Mate in Santa Monica for a High Intensity Interval Training Class. Training Mate combines intense training circuits with cheeky Australian humor for a fun, energetic 45 minute workout where you can burn up to 1,000 calories.
