Pool Side Ab Circuit

Summer workouts are about getting outside and you'll love this quick and effective pool side circuit. Time to engage your core and soak in the rays! Don't forget to apply Sweet Sweat for an enhanced workout experience. 

The Workout

  • 20 side-to-side hip dip plank
  • 20 alternating leg lifts
  • 15 single-leg tuck in crunch left
  • 15 single-leg tuck in crunch right

Complete 3 rounds with 30 seconds to 1 minute rest between each round.
