Love these but kinda upset because I thought a workout guide of his came along with them differentiating this pack from the regular resistance band pack.

Just received my new resistance bands and I love them already. They are so convenient when it comes to travel and outdoor workouts. There's no many different exercises you can do with these bands including kick backs because it includes the ankle strap.
