An Update From Our Team

We are overwhelmed with gratitude by your support for Sports Research and are so thankful for your orders during this chaotic time. While much is uncertain, honest messaging and transparency has remained our top priority through and through. With that being said, here’s what our team wants you to know:

RE: SHIPPING

As our team works hard to process an influx in order volume while navigating new protocol in our warehouses, there may be shipping delays up to 14 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your shipping confirmation.  Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, many shipping services have experienced issues with accurate delivery details.  There is a possibility that there may be up to a week delay before your tracking number updates, and we are so sorry for this in advance.

RE: REFUNDS

We are taking extra precautions with returns.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be delivered to our warehouse. This means your return may not be inspected for up to two weeks after it has been received at our warehouse to ensure our employees can maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Please allow up to 4 weeks after your return has been delivered to be refunded. Once you are refunded, you will receive a notification email.  

RE: CUSTOMER SERVICE

If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team is happy to answer your questions via email from Monday through Friday, 8-5pm.  Due to an increase in inquiries, there may be slight delays. While they are unable to take phone calls due to the California Stay at Home order, they are working (and typing!)  as fast as they can to get back to you about your order status or to simply lend a helping hand.

Fortunately, today we are still able to meet our customers’ needs through our online business where our teams are working in safe and controlled environments to get your packages to your door safely and swiftly.  

As we navigate new protocol in response to COVID-19, please be aware there may be brief delays in shipping.  Additionally, we are making it easier to shop from home by offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.  If you have any questions, our customer service team is able to answer your questions via email.
