The bands are back together!  Mini loop bands, that is.  Ever since we restocked these versatile bands, we've been looking to our Sweat Squad for inspiration and new ways to take our workouts to the next level.  Whether your goal is to target your thighs, glutes, or shoulders, we found five ambassadors to show us all how it's done.

I hope you all are doing great and staying safe💖 It’s taken me a while to post a workout video. I’ve been adjusting to my pregnancy body and it hasn’t been easy. Everyone’s journey is different. I worked so hard to make my body look the way it did before, so when I started to see my body transform. I didn’t feel as confident in my own skin. But as time went on and seeing my baby grow to what he is today. I’ve grown a new respect for my body. I’m carrying a life inside of me and regardless of what my body looks like. How I’m going to shape it After, is all that matter to me!
