Compact Collagen supplement

I prefer SR's powdered collagen peptides, but these capsules are great for when I am traveling. They are easy to swallow and pack in my suitcase. I definitely think that SR's collagen peptides, over the 8 months that I have been using them, minimize the cracking of my nails, wrinkling of my skin, and soreness of my joints.

Best collagen supplement yet.

I'm very pleased with the results. After two months of taking I've developed industrial strength fingernails and I'm having to cut my hair more often and can only imagine the additional benefits happening internally with my joints and other connective tissue. This after taking a multitude of other formulas on the market with only marginal results.

Collagen Pills

These are great if I don't want to mix the powder one day. I hate that I have to take three a day though. That seems like a lot.
