Mornings just got a whole sweeter with this Berry Yummy Chia Seed Pudding. Not only is this recipe extremely easy, it’s also loaded with much needed nutrients. With only 5 ingredients, you can make multiple servings and meal prep by storing them in small mason jars.
1 cup Almond Milk
4 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 scoop Collagen Peptides
1 tsp Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries
1. Add milk, chia seeds, collagen and agave nectar in a bowl. Stir together.
2. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
3. Place sliced strawberries in a food processor and puree for a base layer.
4. Place strawberry puree and chia seed pudding in a small jar and add your favorite toppings.
