Chai Smoothie Bowl
Calling all Chai lovers! We've got a new smoothie bowl that will satisfy those spicy, creamy cravings! Despite the cold weather, this recipe is simply heart warming and perfect for a healthy breakfast. We love that you can customize the spice level and toppings to your liking because who doesn't love a breakfast bowl with all the fixings?!
Ingredients
2 Bananas, frozen
¾ cups of Rolled Oats
½ cup Milk of Choice
1 scoop SR® Vanilla Collagen Peptides
1 tbsp Honey
¼ tsp Cardamom
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Ginger
Dash of Ground Nutmeg
Dash of Ground Cloves
Toppings: Coconut Flakes, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until you reach a thick, smooth consistency. Pour into a bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
