Collard Green Wrap

Looking for ways to add more greens and veggies to your diet? These collard green wraps are easy and perfect for a light lunch. Plus, they taste even better than they look!  

Ingredients:

- 1 Collard Green
- 1/4 cup Rice Medley
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- 1/2 Avocado
- Chopped Cucumbers
- Carrots
- Sprouts
- Microgreens
- Walnuts
- Cilantro

[Optional] Cilantro Avocado Dip:

- 1 Large Avocado
- Handful of cilantro
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
