Yield: approx 12 balls
3/4 c Oats, rolled or quick
3/4 c Peanut butter, creamy
1/2 c Maple Syrup
1/4 c Chocolate chips, mini
1-2 tbsp Water, if needed
Add all ingredients except water to a large bowl.
Using a spatula to mix until the batter is thick and well combined.
If texture is too dry add water 1 tbsp at a time.
Using an ice cream scooper or measuring spoon, form approximately 12 balls.
Place on a cookie sheet or in a glass container in the fridge for 1 hour.
