Makes about 2 ½ cups (8-10 2oz bottles)
3 Lemons, peeled
2 small tangerines, peeled
1 cup fresh ginger, chopped
¼ cup fresh turmeric, chopped
1 scoop of Sports Research Creatine Monohydrate
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp fresh cracked pepper
2 tbsp honey
2 cups filtered water
Prepare the ingredients by removing the peel from lemons and tangerines, and chop ginger and turmeric (with the skin on) into small chunks.
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes.
Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the juice into a bowl or measuring cup. Pour the juice directly into the strainer, and use a spoon to move it around until only the pulp is left.
Using a funnel, pour the strained liquid into individual bottles and store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
