GLUTEN-FREE, GRAIN-FREE, VEGAN HEART PIZZA RECIPE <3
- Simple Mills gluten-free pizza dough
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp water
- Spicy pizza sauce
- Red Onion
- BUF mozzarella OR Kite Hill almond milk ricotta (V)
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Mix Simple Mills pizza dough ingredients in a bowl. Place dough on a non-stick pizza pan and shape into a heart. Place in oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Add sauce, veggies, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Place back in oven for 15-17 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add fresh basil + microgreens.
