This carrot mango smoothie bowl is a blend of 100% carrot juice, frozen mangos, frozen bananas, almond milk, collagen peptides, and chia pudding! Topped with crushed pecans, green apples, kiwis, cacao nibs and almond butter. You won't even be thinking about that candy bar. ✨
Spookylicious Smoothie Bowl
[Makes 2 bowls]
Spooklicious Smoothie Base
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mangos
1/4 cup raw carrot juice
1 scoop Collagen Peptides OR MCT Oil Powder (vegan option)
splash of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
ice cubes (amount varies)
***Frozen fruit and ice cubes help with texture and thickness
Toppings: kiwi slices, green apple slices, cacao nibs, crushed pecans, almond butter, chia pudding and chia seeds.
Directions
1.) In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend the smoothie bowl base ingredients. Scoop into a bowl.
2.) Place all the toppings on top and enjoy!
