Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

Yield: 2 smoothies

5 Dates, pitted

1 cup Pumpkin puree 

2 tbsp SR® Organic MCT Oil

1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 c Rolled Oats

Handful of ice

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until you reach a thick, smooth consistency. Pour into glasses and enjoy the taste of fall!
