WFH? Try This Easy Recipe

Introducing our go-to meal of the week: The Nourish Bowl!  This quick and easy recipe is a versatile combination of simple ingredients that will keep your body nourished and energized throughout your day!  If you’re WFH or just looking for a new recipe to mix things up, this is the perfect way to get in those much needed nutrients.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes 
  • 1 watermelon radish sliced 
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1 egg boiled, cut in half
  • 1/2 Avocado 
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning
  • 1/2 lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • Handful of microgreens 
Directions:
  1. Arrange all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add lemon, seasoning and MCT oil last.
  3. Top with microgreens and enjoy!
