Immunity Boosting Smoothie

Give your immune system a much-needed nutrient boost with this refreshing, antioxidant-rich smoothie.

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Peeled Carrots

1/2 cup Pineapple (frozen or fresh)

1 Banana

1/3 cup Orange Juice

1 cup Almond Milk

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop SR Collagen Peptides

1 tbsp SR MCT Oil

1 tsp Ginger Lemon Squeeze

Add all in ingredients into a blender and enjoy!
