Our quarantine meal plan just got a whole lot sweeter. We recently tested and tried the latest food trend that went viral on TikTok, and we’re low-key obsessed! Adding our Collagen Peptides to this Mini Pancake Cereal recipe? That was a no-brainer. Hello, guilt-free brunch!
Ingredients:- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup almond milk
Optional Toppings:- 1 tbsp butter
- dash of cinnamon sugar
- maple syrup
Directions:1. Combine almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon sugar, collagen, coconut oil and almond milk until the mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into a squeeze bottle.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and start squeeze small circles on your pan until they turn golden brown. Flip the mini pancakes and place in a cereal bowl.
3. Add butter, a dash of cinnamon sugar and some maple syrup. Enjoy!
