Overnight Oats
This Overnight Cinnamon Roll Oats tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll, only it’s half the calories! It’s also the perfect breakfast that you can make ahead of time and take on the go.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 almond milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Cream Cheese Topping (optional)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- dash of cinnamon
- cinnamon stick
Directions:
1. Mix your oats, almond milk, yogurt, cinnamon, brown sugar, collagen peptides, and vanilla in a jar until well-combined. Cover and place in fridge overnight.
2. For the optional cream cheese topping, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Stir until combined and drizzle on top of your oats. Add some more cinnamon and a cinnamon stick if desired.
