Collagen-Rich Matcha Pancakes
VERY MERRY MATCHA PANCAKES
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 cup of plant-based beverage
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 tablespoon Matcha Collagen
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Raspberries
- Powdered sugar
Coconut Vanilla Topping
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
1. Combine the plant-based beverage, banana, and almond butter in a blender. Then combine the rest of the dry ingredients in another bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the blender.
2. In a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour the batter and cook until bubbles appear on the top. Flip the pancake over.
3. Mix all coconut vanilla topping ingredients and serve on top of pancakes with some raspberries snd powdered sugar. Enjoy!
