Whey Summer Smoothie Bowl

Our #SipIntoSummer theme this month is all about getting ready for the sunshine season with some of your favorite supplements, served cold. Starting off with SR® Whey Protein Isolate, this creamy smoothie bowl is sure to get you in the summer mood. This is the perfect recovery bowl to have after a sweaty summer workout. Plus, you can customize the toppings to your liking or make this into a smoothie!



1 scoop SR® Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen cauliflower 

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup oat milk 

1 orange, squeezed and zested 

Toppings: banana slices, bee pollen, dark chocolate shavings and orange zest




Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Scoop, slurp and enjoy!
