Pre-Workout Smoothie feat. L-Glutamine

This recipe includes Sports Research® Glutamine, an amino acid that supports gut and immune health. It has much to offer regarding overall wellness and recovery.* It’s an ideal balance of carbs and proteins that provide energy and muscle support.
This smoothie has been one of my favorites for a long time because it's loaded with benefit-packed ingredients that also taste delicious. Helping my body get the energy it needs to get the most out of my workouts is critical and makes a huge difference. I always prepare something nutritious and balanced before exercising, as I tend not to feel as energized or motivated when I train on an empty stomach.
Recipe:
Frozen Wild Fruits
Organic Oats
Milk (as preferred)
Honey
Sports Research® L-Glutamine
Peanut Butter
Chia Seeds
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy.
