I LOVE HOW IT FUELS ME
I use the MCT oil in my shakes, salads and to fry stuff and I love how rich it makes my meals.
I love how clear it is and unlike some MCT oils I've used, the SR brand doesn't have a smell.
It is worth every cent.

We use this so many ways and love it!
Not only do we use MCT oil in our morning coffee and smoothies, we use the oil for cooking, and especially love using the oil for massages.
We like how clear and clean MCT is. No intestinal issue, and we like how well the oil works. THANK YOU!
Good product but need more info
Can’t find extraction method for oil. Is it cold pressed? What about the pure C8, is that one cold pressed? If not, what is the extraction method?
